We develop our players in a safe and positive environment that encourages fun, friendship, fairness and respect, in a friendly competitive spirit.
Playing for the team and to have great fun doing so is the most important thing in the clubs ethos.

Our club ethos and excellent coaching have helped us to develop some very talented girls, and many of the team represent the Gosford All Blacks at Oxfordshire ERDPP. Previous players have gone on to play for England U18, Premiership clubs (Ella Lovibond, Maud Muir, Lucia Scott, Mia Venner), with Maud and Mia having caps for the England women's team.

Gosford All Blacks hosts thriving U12, U14, U16 and U18 girls teams. Any girls from school years 10 and 11 can join this amazing U16 team.

Having won back to back county and inter-county cup competitions in '22 and '23, the girls are looking forward to continue to build and challenge themselves, and have this year joined the Buckingham Girls Invitational League, alongside the county competition. They are also taking part in the National Cup Competition - watch this space!
