On Sunday 29 October 11 of our women travelled to Grove RFC for the first Inner Warrior Festival of the season.
The idea behind the festivals is that we bring all the developing teams from the area together to give everyone some competitive experiences. They joined players from Abingdon, Bicester, Reading Abbey, Shipston-on-Stour and our hosts Grove.

Despite a couple of early injuries the team weren't rattled and kept going all afternoon. They played some great attacking rugby. When all was said and done we played 3 games and won two. We definitely learned a lot to take forward into our next games.

Our hosts Grove put on a fantastic roast dinner for everyone. Thank you to everyone who helped to organise the afternoon.
