Our under 14 boys won their first game in the county cup this season. After losses against Henley and Chipping Norton the boys were glad to get the win over a very strong Wallingford team. Wallingford took an early lead in testing weather conditions. A persistent rain and heavy wind made the passing game difficult and the stronger Wallingford forwards dominated the first half. 14-5 at the break.
After the rest and with a new battle plan the young All Blacks managed to move the ball around a bit more and after three unanswered tried the final score was 14-24. Job done and a bonus point for scoring tries in the bag.
