Following two closely fought (lost) matches last season, the U14 Gosford boys were keen to show their improvements against our friends at Chinnor. We have come to expect Chinnor to deliver a strong competitive game played in excellent rugby spirits, and this game was no different. The friendly fixture was officiated by a Young Match Official who refereed their first full fixture and kept the game flowing with lots of strong attacking rugby in sticky ground conditions. Some very strong rucking by Chinnor turned over ball on several occasions, but our defences held up mostly, and we only let 2 tries in. Both teams played really well. Thank you for hosting us Chinnor, the match tea was much appreciated by the boys as well!
