As you (hopefully) are all aware, at the AGM held last month (May) Gosford All Blacks Rugby Football Club was disbanded and a new club - Gosford All Blacks RFC - came into existence as a limited company (this was the relatively easy bit – registering with company’s’ house).

Following the company coming in to existence, there has been a lot of work happening in the background and , as part of this work, I am pleased to confirm the initial Director posts have been appointed as follows –

President – Rick Benito

Chair – David Hipkiss

Secretary – Mick Dodd

Treasurer – Tim Chapple

Audit & Governance – Ian Barratt

Safeguarding - Ellen Woodrow

I can also confirm Gareth Ellis has agreed to carry on as Fixtures Lead for the Senior Section

We are scheduled to meet as a group for the first time on 26th June and anticipate being able to confirm the remaining appointments and club structure throughout the month of July to ensure we have all in place for the new season.

I would also like to take this opportunity to recognise and thank Ian Barratt for all the hard work and time he has devoted with solicitors and the RFU to enable the transition to incorporation to happen as smoothly as it has.
